My music journey started as a young girl at church. I loved hearing and singing the songs and listening to the choir. Music brought me joy from an early age! I began taking piano lessons at age eight and continued throughout high school, where I began to teach piano to other students. I was also part of a traveling worship team, singing and playing piano on the weekends. Over the years, I have been the worship pianist at multiple churches. My goal for teaching is to instill the JOY of music in others. I want to encourage my students to experience all different types of music to find what sparks joy in each of them. I strive to instill the fundamentals of piano, but most of all, I want all my students to have fun and enjoy their musical journey!
